At Apple, I led the design of Siri personalized search that leverages user context and on-screen awareness, powered by Apple Intelligence. Due to NDA, I can only share my role on this project:

Created system design guidelines for a consistent and personal Siri to be implemented across platforms.

Defined the interaction rules, visual patterns, and design adaptations needed for the paradigm shift, while still honor the native platform conventions and usage context.

Identified hero use cases, created north star experience & interactive prototypes to demonstrate user impact.

Siri for 2024 U.S. Elections

Siri helps users stay up-to-date with timely and relevant content for high profile events, such as the 2024 U.S. elections.

As the design DRI, I designed and launched Siri experiences for the elections across all surfaces - iPhone, Mac, Apple TV, Apple Watch, Safari, and Spotlight.

Alexa AI Personalization

Conversational AI | Multimodal | Personalization

At Amazon, I spearheaded the development of the first conversational AI-based personalization model - Intelligent Taste Profile (ITP).

With 900k user taste profiles created, ITP achieved 10x increase in personalized recipe card conversion; 2x increase in active days, 51% increase in active searches; and the highest CSAT score 6.6/7 in five years.

Alexa for Content Creators

Monetization | New Vertical | 0->1 Launch

At Amazon, I took the lead guiding the program team through a user-centered approach, and launched a 0->1 monetization initiative that helps content creators build business and connect with their audience. The program enables creators to add their recipe and video content for publication to Alexa, with monetization tools and no coding required.

Together with my PM and BD manager, we exceed the original creator partnership goal by 90% with expected monetization forecast of $65 million.

TripAdvisor Mobile App

E-Commerce | Mobile App | UI

I led the major redesign of the post-booking experience on TripAdvisor iOS/Android apps, delivering more inspired in-destination experiences for half a billion MAUs world-wide, and substantial savings in customer service.

The results? A $6 million annual CS cost reduction with 85% drop in CS calls, and 90% self-service booking management utilization.
